President Buhari travels to Senegal today, demonstrating his incompetence once more.
On Wednesday, July 6, President Muhammadu Buhari will depart Abuja to travel to Dakar, Senegal, for the International Development Association (IDA) for Africa Summit.
In spite of the recent high wave of attacks, the President is preparing for the trip.
The academics (ASUU) on strike were informed two weeks ago that they would have to wait until the president returned to the country before learning whether he would accept UTAS or not, but the ineffective president made no decision and instead chose to go on further trips.
Additionally, gunmen stormed the nation’s capital’s Kuje Prison and released detainees, including prominent Boko Haram suspects.
According to Bashir Magashi, the minister of defense, all Boko Haram suspects who were being held at the time of the attack escaped.
Buhari will be accompanied on the trip by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs (Geoffrey Onyeama); Finance, Budget, and National Planning (Zainab Ahmed); as well as Industry, Trade, and Investment (Adeniyi Adebayo), according to a statement released on Wednesday by Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu.
Nigerians Need to wake up.
