Nnamdi Kanu’s new bail plea is denied by the court in Nigeria.
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), had his bail application denied by a federal high court in Abuja.
On Tuesday, June 28, Justice Binta Nyako described the bail application as a misuse of the court process after it had already been dismissed.
Kanu, who was re-arrested on a modified 15-count indictment bordering on treasonable crime, now faces only seven accusations after the judge removed eight from the list.
